In an effort to convince Google to use our town as a test city for its super-high-speed internet infrastructure, the city of Peoria put out a call to all citizens for web videos that express our interest in the project and Peoria’s suitability as a test locale. Simantel’s answer comes from the mind of our Sr. Digital Strategist and interactive renaissance man, Andrew Tuma, whose entire life is, apparently, spent in quiet frustration.
